With the participation of members of the Module, the seminar "European Security in a Turbulent World: Tariffs, Wars, and New Alliances" was held on October 14, 15, and 16, 2025, at the URJC Fuenlabrada Campus. The seminar “European Security in a Turbulent World: Tariffs, Wars, and New Alliances,” organized by the Research Center in Ibero-American Studies of the Rey Juan Carlos University with a grant received from the General Secretariat of Defense Policy of the Ministry of Defense, had the following objectives:
• To analyze the conflictive situation in international society and its impacts on European security from the perspective of resolving conflicts and permanent crises in a turbulent geopolitical landscape marked by fragmentation and complexity.
• To examine in depth the various consequences that tariff policies, wars, and new alliances are generating for Europe's security.
• To analyze the components that define and shape the situation of permanent crisis experienced by international society, as well as the actions of major actors in International Relations.
